2. Quotations & Pricing
- Validity: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Changes: Any adjustments to the agreed design, materials, or scope of work may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate measurements, access details, and site conditions.
- Ensuring the worksite is safe and prepared for our delivery or services.
- Informing us promptly of any changes to project details.
9. Liability
- Goods: Firefly Kitchens is not liable for damage or loss of goods after delivery.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as supply chain issues or third-party contractors.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied under this agreement.
10. Disputes
We aim to resolve any issues amicably. If a dispute arises, please contact us directly to discuss a resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
